Who's your Final Four?

It's always this time of year when I regret so much not going to a Division I school. There is so much pride during the tournament time, but I have no team to stand by. Though I saved tons of money with my school of choice and now have a stable job (knock on wood), I never get to see my school on an ESPN highlight. I guess I could have gone to Cal State Fullerton (or Long Beach St 2007).

It's this time of year when production slows down as we enter the end of the week when company's bandwidth is taken up by streaming videos of basketball games. I run the office pool at my office, but only half of the entries are from those that work here as I've incorporated others who don't have an office pool. Running the office pool keeps me from going to Vegas for the tournament because I have to collect the entries Thursday morning. The time, my entries, and the free entry I give out every year is all worth it.

    I must be in a morbid mood today: when I read 'Final Four' I thought of large American banks.

    Gosh am I the only other person here who has March Madness? I am still studying my bracket so I am a bit wishy-washy on my choices but here goes...

    Duke (my favorite team - would choose them no matter what)
    Tennesse
    Pittsburgh
    Kansas

    I am sure I will change my mind a dozen times between now and Wednesday night though. At least all of the games will keep me home by the tv and not out spending.

    I'm piping in a little late here but my final four picks have survived thus far! I'm participating in the office pool for the first time (rather it's the first time it's been available as my old job didn't do stuff like that). My final four are: UNC, Kansas, Texas, and UCLA. Hmm looks like the same as you're Mr Meager. Smile
    My roommate is doing it at her work as well, unfortunately two of her final four picks (Duke and Georgetown) are already out of the running.

    great picks everyone. last year I had 55 entries, this year it is up to 69... but only maybe about 15 are from the office... i've seem to branch out across state lines.. Go Kansas!!!!!!!!!!!!
